He was predeceased by: his mother Eulee Hazlip. He is survived by: his wife Pearl Hazlip; and his children, William Bentley Hazlip and Karen Lynn "Vic" Garrett. He is also survived by 1 brother; 1 sister; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nassau Funeral Home (541720 US-1, Callahan, FL 32011). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the River Road Baptist Church (21067 Co Rd 121, Hilliard, FL 32046).
