He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Herman Franklin and Mamie Lee Maddox Parrish; wife: Velma Hall Parrish; daughter: Teresa Sebastian (Jason); son-in-law: Jason Sebastian (Teresa); grandchildren: Jeremy, Chelsea, Devin, and Justin Sebastian (Rachel); sisters: Bessie Jo Funderburke (Billy) and Claudette Bishop (George); nieces: Kaye Bishop Nipper and Joy Funderburke; granddaughter (predeceased): Haley Marie Sebastian; 6-great grandchildren; Pastor Paul Lucas.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Boulougne (15850 Co Rd 108, Hilliard, FL 32046). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 11th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, November 11th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Oak Ridge Cemetery.
