He is survived by: his sons, Jason McConnell (Angela) and Lance McConnell (Susan); his grandchildren, Brittany Leitner (Allen), Tyler McConnell, Hannah Farrist (Josh) and Trey Hall; his great grandchildren, Hudson Leitner and Baker Leitner; and his sister Iva Jo Germany (Lee).
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home (526 Oakwood St, Folkston, GA 31537). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
