He was predeceased by: his father Wiley E. Webb. He is survived by: his wife Lamonta Webb; his mother Patricia Webb; and his brother Kenneth Webb (Michelle).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First Baptist Church of Hilliard (15850 Co Rd 108, Hilliard, FL 32046). The military honors was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery.
