He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Earl Lewis; and his son Casey Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Sara Katherine Russell; his daughter Erica Mardini (Nedal); and his sisters, Kim Lewis, Amy Katherine Gray and Cynthia Hicks. He is also survived by grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members along with a host of friends.
