She is survived by: her husband David Phillips of Hilliard, Florida; her daughter Gina Doreen Phillips Oliver; her son-in-law Barry Oliver; her son Christopher David Phillips; her sister Jeanette Parker Mercer; and her siblings-in-law, Shelton Mercer and Beverly Hendrix Parker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Little Phoebe Cemetery.
