He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Marvin Lewis and Nora Mae Powell Lewis; and his brother John Eric Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lewis; his children, Amy Thomas (Robert) and Michael Lewis (Christen); his sisters, Lynn Gordon and Pam Johnson; his grandchildren, Jacob Higginbotham (Sedaira), Jamie Higginbotham, Kaylyn Lewis and Kenleigh Lewis; his great grandchildren, Hunter Wayne Higginbotham and Ellie Mae Higginbotham; and his pet Dixie. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces.
