He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlene Oxley and James Oxley. He is survived by: his significant other Crystal Oxley; his children, Randi Nicole Oxley of Douglasville, Cassidy Taylor of Rentz and Ryan Oxley (Savanna) of Empire; his siblings, Janice Scarborough of Eastman, Debra Scarborough (Ricky) of Eastman and Michael Oxley (Leon) of Lizella; and his grandchildren, Bella and Daytona Floyd. He is also survived by niece and nephew; and numerous extended family members and countless friends.
