He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Green and Doris Porter Green; and his stepson Ronald Dorsett. He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Thomas (Randy), Ashley Reynolds (Jeremy) and Sharlee Green English (Katy); his grandchildren, Nathan, Hailey, Macey, Jacob and Caleb; and his brother Nolan Green (Scarlett).
