She is survived by: her children, Teresa Walker of Wellston and Robert Walker of Orient; and her siblings, Kathy Leach Carroll of Cincinnati, David Leach (Jane) of Jackson and Tim Leach of Orlando, Florida. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
