She was predeceased by : her parents, Adeline Palmer and Carl Palmer; her former life partner Richard Milloy; and her children, Teresa Milloy and Richard Milloy, Jr..

She is survived by : her children, William Milloy (Cynthia) of Silver Spring, MD, Patricia Graham of Mineral, VA, Kevin Milloy (Cheryl) of Partlow, VA, Sean Milloy (Julie) of Nashville, IN, Maureen Reynolds (Kenny) of Herndon, VA, Eileen Milloy (Robbie Robinett) of Moyock, NC and Kathleen McCord (Robb) of Severna Park, MD. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
