We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2023, at the age of 73, Nicey Ellen Martin of Holiday, Florida, born in Dade City, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her son James Cleveland; her parents, James Loe and Nicey Ellah Loe; her former life partner James Martin; her granddaughters, Rachel, Lindsay and Caitlin; her daughter Lela Neiswender (Andy); and her sisters, Nellah Dietz (Bill) and Martha Gaskin. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, friends, coworkers, and thankful clients, children.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in her memory and life's desired charity.
