He is survived by: his daughter Alita Puig (Connor Ghormley); his stepchildren, Lamonte Williams, Lia Williams and Lanae Thompson; and his brothers, James Pivacek and Theodore Pivacek. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Thomas B. Dobies Funeral Home - Holiday Chapel (4910 Bartelt Rd, Holiday, FL 34690). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
