He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Alyssa Lynn Fernandez. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lee Fernandez; his children, Deanne Marie Jones (Eric Jones) and Michael Arthur Fernandez (Amy Lynn Fernandez); his grandchildren, Kurtis Fernandez, Tyler Jones and Jessica Jones; his niece Amanda Fernandez; and his nephew John Fernandez. He is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
