It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Franchino Armando Posteraro of Hollywood, Florida, who passed away on September 21, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luigi Posteraro and Ermelinda Posteraro; his siblings, Elena, Usilia, Alba and Dominico; his nephews, Luigi, Giuseppe "Pepe" Micelli, Dominico and Arnaldo Figlia; and his former wife Nidia.
He is survived by: his daughters, Veronica Posteraro Cambria (Claudio), Franca Posteraro, Stefanie Posteraro and Jessica Matthews (Luis); his grandchildren, Ariel, Cristian Cambria, Ignacio, Santiago, Ella, Elijah Barrett, Aurelia and Roman Matthews; his niece Filomena Micelli; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Massimo and Usilia Emilione; and his cousins, Massimo and Osilio Figlia. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fred Hunter's Funeral Home (6501 Taft St, Hollywood, FL 33024).
