She was predeceased by: her parents, Sampson Collins and Sylvia Collins; and her brother Bertram. She is survived by: her husband Cecil; her son Sylvan; her brother Rudolph; and her grandchildren, Eleanor and Max. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions be made to Holy Sacrament Episcopal Church in Joan's honor.
