He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Edward Baylis and Margaret Felice Nowers Baylis. He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Mann Baylis; his son James Edward Baylis; his daughter-in-law Bessy Meza Baylis; his grandsons, Brent Thomas Baylis and Owen William Baylis; and his sisters, Marjorie Ann Thomas, Joan Elizabeth Miley and Heather Lea Prichard.
