She was predeceased by: her siblings, Rose Rizzo, Frances MacPherson, Dolores Pinette and Donald Rizzo; her grandson Frank E. Leone, Jr.; and her son-in-law Rob Koleda.

She is survived by: her children, Lorraine Leone Koleda, Frank E. Leone (Susan) and Donald T. Leone (Mary Beth); her grandchildren, Denise (Bobby), Nina (Zack), Sydney (Jeremy) and Kiersten; her great grandchildren, Maya Violet and Henry Lawrence; and her sister-in-law Diane Rizzo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
