She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Franklin Wellborn and Nancy Parker Wellborn; and her husband Clyde Paul Todd. She is survived by: her children, Cathy Givens Kemper (Don), William Franklin Todd, Betty Diane May (Tony) and Patricia Todd; her sisters, Elizabeth Rathel (James), Vera Mae Landry and Doris Beals (Jim); and her close friend Darlene Wilkinson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and many other extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Brackney Funeral Service Chapel (480 E James Lee Blvd, Crestview, FL 32539). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
