He was predeceased by: his wife Eunice Strehle; and his son Perry Strehle JrA. He is survived by: his children, William "Bill" Strehle, Lois Wilson, Martha Arnold, Julie Strehle and Nicholas "Nick" Strehle; and his sister Jeanette Chabanik. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
