She was predeceased by: her spouse Pat DiVito; her daughter Pam; and her siblings, Doris Curgino (late Jim), David Castro (late Lillian) and Ricardo Castro (late Donna).
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Pocius (William) and Annette Matthews (Jesse); and her sibling Dom Castro (Josie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hursen Funeral Home (4001 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hursen Funeral Home & Crematory (4001 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162). A burial was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
