It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis X. Nevins (Hudson, Florida), who passed away on May 14, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Patrick Nevins and Ann Theresa Gallagher; his children, Joseph and Deirdre; and his brother James Nevins.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Nevins; his children, Patrick (Kate) of North Carolina, Ann (Michael) of Connecticut, Eileen (Jimmy) of Rhode Island, John (Tracy) of Connecticut and Kathleen (Eizo) of North Carolina; and his grandchildren, Danny, Timmy, Jessica, Ryan, Erin, Sean, Michael, Deirdre, Sheila, Siobhan, Neil, Emily, Laura, Renee, Nicole and Natalie.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Prevatt Funeral Home & Cremation Service (7709 State Rd 52, Hudson, FL 34667). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, May 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint James the Apostle Parish (8400 Monarch Dr, Port Richey, FL 34668).
