It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James D. Rooney (Hudson, Florida), who passed away on December 21, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Donald Rooney and Mildred Rooney (Carlson). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Rooney (Petrohoy); his daughters, Patti Winfield (Todd) of Canon, GA, Joan Rooney of Shelton, CT, Donna O'Hara (Patrick) of Monroe, CT and Kate Ugarte (Richard) of Baltimore, MD; and his sister Margaret Rooney. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
