He was predeceased by: his mother Michele. He is survived by: his wife Nichole; his daughter Darion; his grandchildren, Alyonna and Kohen; his father Charles Jordan Jr.; his siblings, Amanda, Katie and Dylan; his nieces and nephews, Frank, Samuel, Emma, Libby and Brooke; and his grandson Blaze. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
