He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Seong Ja Chang; his parents, Jae Woo Chang and Boak Sum Park; his children, Young (Tim Chang-Miller) and Justin; and his grandchildren, Aiden and Micah.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Grace Lutheran Church (9525 Hudson Ave, Hudson, FL 34667). Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
