He was predeceased by: his parents, Adelino Melo and Estrela Melo; and his siblings, Adelino Melo Jr. and Eduarda Motta. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Da Silva; his daughter Erica Almeida (Joe Almeida); his granddaughters, Kaleigh Almeida and Kelcey Almeida; and his siblings, Filomena Tripp (James Tripp), Valdmira Costa, Tina Melo (Mario Melo), Jorge Melo (Maria Melo) and Joao Silva (Maria D. Silva). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Grace Memorial Funeral Home (16931 US-19, Hudson, FL 34667). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church (5030 Mariner Blvd, Spring Hill, FL 34609).
