He is survived by: his wife Alexandra (Alex); his daughter Kathryn Ventrice; his grandchildren, John and Julia Ventrice of Carson City, NV; his son Andrew Gannon (Kathy) of Glendale, CA; his stepson Jim Castagna of Ft Meyers, FL; his brother David of Tulsa, OK; and his stepgranddaughter Alysha Fairweather of Lancaster, MA.
