He is survived by: his children, Richard Baney, Jr. (Anne), Michael Baney (Nancy), Marisa Baney Jensen (Jeff) and Brian Baney (Bonnie); and his daughter-in-law Holly Baney. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Jesus Catholic Church (3050 N Hwy A1A, Indialantic, FL 32903). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
