She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lachowecki and Teresa Lachowecki; her spouse Thomas Bartholic Sr.; and her sister Elaine. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca and Thomas Jr. (Indian); her pet Shane; and her sisters, Veronica and Linda. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
