In the sacred silence of farewell, Paul is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem Pickard and Esther Pickard; and his siblings, Mary Lou Rupert and Richard Pickard. He is survived by: his wife Helen F. Pickard; his children, Timothy Pickard of Davenport and Tamela Lawson (Donald) of Versailles, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Emily and Matthew.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his honor can be send to Vitas Hospice (115 South Missouri Avenue, Suite 350, Lakeland, Florida 33815).
