He was predeceased by: his parents, Orion Holley and Lorene Holley; his wife Ellen F. Holley; his daughter Nancy Loretta Latshaw; and his sisters, Audrey Martin and Sarah Young.
He is survived by: his children, Ira Dale Holley Jr. (William Holley) of Columbus, Judith Ann Chapman of Columbus and Carol Holley of Columbus, Ohio; and his brothers, Alonzo and Michael Holley of Hadley, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
