It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constant Lynn Lugar (Interlachen, Florida), born in Irvine, Kentucky, who passed away on September 11, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Smithers and Alberta Smithers; and her son Frank Lugar, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Kenneth; her daughter-in-law Sarina Lugar; her daughters, Kimberly and Jerry Hough; her son-in-law Jackie Kalbach; and her sister Donna Miller. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
