It is with sadness that the passing of Sara Josephson of Interlachen, Florida is shared. Sara, born on October 17, 1967, passed away on August 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Sara will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Sara by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Sara is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Sara’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her father Roger Josephson; and her nephew Caleb Colyott. She is survived by: her mother Jane Josephson of Interlachen, FL; her sister Sue Josephson Colyott (Dave Colyott) of Inverness, IL; and her niece Alexis Colyott of Palatka, FL.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Rodeheaver Boys Ranch Chapel (380 Boys Ranch Rd, Palatka, FL 32177). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Oakland Cemetery Chapel. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026.
