She is survived by: her children, Adam Shannon and Shauntel Bruner-Alvanna; her granddaughters, Audrey Bruner-Alvanna and Suluk Alvanna; her son-in-law JJ Alvanna; her siblings, Joan Carpenter-Glasser, Linda Kennedy-Wilkinson and Jerry Carpenter; and her sisters-in-law, Wendy Kennedy, Gayle Kennedy and Ronda G Carpenter.
