He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Bailey and Addie Bailey (Harrison); his wife Lillian Bailey; and his siblings, Anna Ruth Hawley, Lee Bailey and John Bailey.

He is survived by : his daughter Melissa Bailey of Inverness, FL. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
