He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Armstrong (Parker); his sons, Michael Armstrong (Annette) of Inverness, Brian Armstrong (Doreen Zettel) of Two Rivers and Timothy Armstrong (Rhonda Crouse) of Inverness; and his siblings, Linda Craig (Charles) of LaRue and Gary Armstrong (Carma) of New Bloomington.
