It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Uriel F Ramsay of Inverness, Florida, who passed away at the age of 96, on September 16, 2023. He was predeceased by : his parents, Egbert Ramsay and Lillian Ramsay; and his former wife Beryl Ramsay. He is survived by : his wife Gwen Neal Ramsay; his children, Beryl, Neville Thame (Jane), Carol (Michael) of Washington and Patricia Ramsay; and his siblings, Maisy Mae Brown and Ivanhoe Ramsay. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 15 Great-Grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 22nd 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Summers Funeral Home Chapel (2238 NW 10th St, Ocala, FL 34475). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 23rd 2023 at 1:00 PM at the New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church (9010 SW 34th Pl, Ocala, FL 34481).

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church.
