He was predeceased by: his parents, Cedric Menard and Agnes Menard; his brother Kenneth Menard; his brother-in-law Cleve Landry; his nephew Chad Landry; his parents-in-law, Bobby and Audrey Louviere; and his sister-in-law Angie Schexnider.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Menard; his daughters, Laura Galloway (Ryan) and Jill Childers (Michael); his grandchildren, Tyler Robertson, Lacey Robertson, Zachary Childers and Wyatt Childers; and his siblings, Harriet Landry and Olan Menard (Dianne). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A rosary was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home (1701 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (11665 Fort Caroline Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32225).
