With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John Joseph McKittrick (Jacksonville Beach, Florida), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis McKittrick and Mary Louise McKittrick; and his siblings, Frank, Edward, Michael, Thomas, Margaret and Ann.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Grace Briggs, Christine Penn, Justine McKittrick (Amanda), Sean Worble and Robert O'Keefe; and his siblings, Sharon Smith (Bill), Kevin McKittrick (Mel) and Patrick McKittrick. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Beaches Chapel (1701 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St John the Baptist Catholic Church (2400 Mayport Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32233). The military honors will be held on Tuesday, December 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
