He is survived by: his spouse Phouvieng Vongmala; his children, Vilay Vanh Lovan (Kham), Viengkhong Thepsouvanh (Phetnoy), Viengkhone Ivie (Darrell), Phetsomphone Valotha (Carlos), Nikone Thepsouvanh, Khamla Thepsouvanh (Abbie), Davavanh Hendricks (David), Darivone Blaisdell (Bruce), Voradet Thepsouvanh and Netlavanh Wheeless (Patrick); his sister Khamkhong Sayabanha; his daughters, Thongsavanh Inthavong and Viengmone Thepsouvanh; and his brother Dr. Kee Thepsouvanh. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, not to mention numerous nieces and nephews.
