Laurel Lynn Overby Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurel Lynn Overby of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, who passed away on January 19, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton A. DeYoung and Hazel DeYoung (Serrene); her husband Dennis Ray Overby; her son Stephen Ray; her brother Gary DeYoung; and her stepmother Anna Mae DeYoung.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Hatton (Lee) and Bob Overby (Julianne); her grandchildren, Laurel Kate, Kaleb Collins and Noah William; and her sister-in-law Margaret Davis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
