She is survived by: her son Ronnie Berry of Jacksonville Beach, FL; her grandson Roy Berry (Ashley) of Los Angeles, CA; and her siblings, Wayne Levins (Mary) of Orlando, FL, Joyce Dorch of Bonifay, FL and Joan Wester (Larry) of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
