She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Hinshaw and Luella Hinshaw. She is survived by: her children, Sheri Wright (Dan) and Dave Beiser (Amy); her grandchildren, Kaitlin, Lauren Beiser, Bradley Davis (Jenny) and Colin Davis (Carynne); and her great grandchildren, Hunter Davis, Dominic Davis and Cora Davis. She is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Beaches Chapel (1701 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250). A committal service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Norma's name to Community Hospice & Palliative Care.
