He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Neidhardt and Mary Neidhardt; his grandson Israel Tokunaga; and his nephew Phil Ray. He is survived by: his wife Belinda; his daughters, Nichole Tokunaga (Kawika) of Villa Rica and Megan Williamson of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Jery Mua'au (Willie), Morgan Nash (Jesse), Eden, Indy Strumillo, Jordan and Vinny Tokunaga; his great grandchildren, Raiah, Junior, Liam Mua'au and Lilly Nash; and his sisters, Nancy Ray (Moe), Kay Chisum (Matt) and Jana Blythe (Robert).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the High Plains Children's Home (https://www.hpch.org.) in Amarillo, Texas, a home that his father and two other men started.
