She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Mosher and Ruth Libby Mosher; and her sisters, Donna Branham and Shirley Posey. She is survived by: her husband David S. Brock; her children, Kevin Waugaman (Jessica) and Chrystal Waugaman; and her grandchildren, Elliott, Raelynn Waugaman, Zachary Waugaman, Nicholas Dondero and Isabel Dondero (Joshua). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
