He is survived by: his daughter LaVonne Carter of Fort Washington, Maryland; his grandchildren, Katrina Howell-Mobley (Adri), Robert Carter, Jr., Janelle Robinson (Travis), Jaida Carter, Maya Roberts and Dana Carter; and his great grandchildren, Maliyah Howell, Sienna Mobley, Ezekiel Robinson, Kimberlyn Robinson and Elijah Robinson. He is also survived by extended family members, friends.
