He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert John Leonard and Alice "Jean" Wilson Leonard; his sister Theressa Gloria Leonard Duska; and his nephew James "Jamie" Edward Tolbert, Jr.. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Chuck Duska; his sisters, Deanna L. Green of Middleburg, FL, Marie J. Greene (Mike) of Callahan, FL, Debbie F. Dowling (Jim) of Jacksonville, FL, Roxanne J. Parker (Scott) of Middleburg, FL, Denise D. Leonard of Jacksonville, FL, Johnel K. Martin of Jacksonville, FL and Rita A. Brooks of Jacksonville, FL; and his aunt Eileen Leonard Cramer. He is also survived by several cousins and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
He particularly loved to give to his two (2) favorite charities, St. Jude's Children's Hospital and the Mary Knoll Foundation. In his name, we ask that in lieu of flowers, that donations can be sent to these two (2) wonderful charities.
