She is survived by: her grandchild San Francisco; her former husband Bruce Eugene Herbert of New York City; her husband Edward S. David; her friends, Marie Claudette and Allisonâ; her daughter Caroline Hillkirk (John); her grandchildren, John Christian (Jack) and Grace Isabel Hillkirk; and her brother John G. Ingram (Tamar). She is also survived by many loving nephews and nieces.
