She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Lamont Nelson and Ruth Helen Nelson (DeWitt); her sisters, Lydabel Glover and Sandra Schwankert; her husband Howard W. Cowdrick of Toms River, NJ; her grandchildren, Jewel A. Sheldon and Jason Pocsi; Paul Nelson.
She is survived by: her sons, Howard L. Cowdrick and Curtis B. Cowdrick; her granddaughters, Christina C. Allen (Ron) and Sharon L. Auer; her nieces, Bonnie Smith and Ruthann Buckhalter; and her grandchildren, Bobbi-Jo Lokietek (John), Jammi M. Park (Allen), Frank E Pocsi, Jr. (Jeannie) and Justin Pocsi. She is also survived by her loving family and many friends.
