With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anna Patricia Flaherty (Jacksonville, Florida), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 5, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Anna Patricia departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Anna Patricia may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Anna Patricia leaves behind.
She is survived by: her sons, Martin (Judy Flaherty), Tim (Chandra Flaherty) and Chuck (Marie McCue); and her grandchildren, Christopher, Sean, Kaitlyn, Shannon and Liam.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Daniel Kids of Jacksonville.
